When I first fo...</title><content type='html'>The food journal is a great tool.  When I first found out I had IBS-D, I kept one for 6 months.  The fat is a big one - if I don't cut all the fat off of a piece of chicken, or if I eat oil or butter, that's it for me.  I also can't, however, have much fiber at all.
